Hi-Performance Hockey Camp
|
Age & Ability: The Camp is for field players aged 14 to 17 who have attained the equivalent standard to attend a JRPC.
Duration: The Camp runns from 10am on Monday morning to 7pm on Wednesday afternoon (3 day camp).
Options: Bookings can be made for residential and day places.
Coaching Programme: A full performance programme incorporating all elements of a national level performance camp. Current England Centrally Contracted/National Age Group Coaches (CCC/NAG) will plan and deliver the programme which includes individual performance planning, nutrition, strenghth & conditioning, video analysis (technical & tactical).
Food: Full performance diet options in the Bisham Abbey restaurant (lunch & dinner for day students).
Accommodation: Bisham Abbey, Buckinghamshire. The Abbey is one of three National Sports Centres and is the home of the Egland Hockey Board. It has a rich sports performance history and state of the art training and conditioning facilities. Accommodation is in modern single and twin bedrooms of which many are ensuite. Each room has TV and complimentary tea and coffee making facilities.
Other : All participants receive a Camp T shirt, water bottle, course notes, Woodworm kit and stuff bag.
